Have you been looking for a Property investment seminar to go to?
First of all do as much research as you can before giving away your hard earned cash.
Is he or she really the real deal - or does it sound too good to be true?
What are you getting for your money. e.g. Something to go and work with as soon as you leave the property investment seminar.
Or are you going away empty handed?
It is interesting when you do a simple google search using the term 'Property Scam'.

The biggest message is that THERE ARE SCAMS and that you SHOULD report them, if in doubt don't as your instincts will be going off. Yes sometimes you can save by signing up on the day, but if you are serious about joining a group then the presenter will be happy to discuss things with you and offer you a few days at least, possibly a personal one on one session.
Never just hand over cash unless you have done some homework.
So before attending a Seminar, get to know the person who you are seeing, visit their website, there will be plenty of information available again by a trusty google search.
Do not judge a person until you yourself have experienced time with them, if you are going to have a Property Mentor you both need to be able to work together.
I prefer to take an application from my prospective students to ensure that we can both work together on the go-forwards.
Do your research, make sure this is something you are going to commit to.
There is no such thing as easy money, though there are ways to tap into someone else's system to boost your learning journey to help you gain better wealth creation strategies.
Positive Cash Flow is King! It is possible, you just need the right information for you.
A Property Seminar is usually designed to give you an insight into the possibilities, there is always so much to learn and it can be overwhelming. Make sure you take plenty of notes.
