I want to sincerely say thank you for your mentorship through the wrapping of my first property. Whilst I was enthusiastic and really driven to achieve this goal, it can also be daunting wrapping a property for the first time.

You were always approachable, you gave me the time I needed to talk through things, you followed me up to see where things were at and you gave me extra tips on how to ask certain questions in the most effective way when qualifying applicants.
