And then it hit me...

Call it fate; call it destiny; maybe even karma – after many, many years of committed research – whatever it was, it doesn't matter … all I knew was THIS WAS IT! It was the year 2000 – the beginning of the new century – and finally there was someone who spoke of a real estate strategy that wasn't negative gearing. In fact he thought negative gearing was the craziest notion he had ever hear of!!!

He said those magic words - “why would you want to lose money in property??” This was the first I'd heard of this strategy – Vendor Financing Property – but I just knew I had to know more and that this would be the answer to all our mortgage, interest rates and money worries – we just had to go do it!
